What happens to your data

Service stops at noon on October 15. Reservations after that date are cancelled. The official sunset FAQ does not describe a member trip-history export or account-data download. Annual Account Verification fees can be refunded on request via HOURCAR's form; otherwise they may be treated as a donation.

How to save your data

These steps come from the official notice linked below. We have not run them on a live account yet.

  1. Finish any trip that must complete before noon Central on October 15, 2026.
  2. Expect reservations after October 15 to be cancelled (per the official FAQ).
  3. To request a refund of a recent Annual Account Verification fee, use the form linked from https://hourcar.org/news/sunset.
